{"id":1729,"date":"2020-11-17T13:32:07","date_gmt":"2020-11-17T05:32:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/integration.is\/?p=1729"},"modified":"2023-10-25T10:56:28","modified_gmt":"2023-10-25T02:56:28","slug":"senior-programme-project-planner-rpm-2020-1027","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/integration.is\/?p=1729","title":{"rendered":"Senior Programme\/project Planner"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"1729\" class=\"elementor elementor-1729\" data-elementor-post-type=\"post\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-50e1c29e elementor-section-stretched elementor-section-full_width elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"50e1c29e\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\" data-settings=\"{&quot;stretch_section&quot;:&quot;section-stretched&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-1895df52\" data-id=\"1895df52\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-67906626 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"67906626\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><b>suitable for an experienced project\/programme manager<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Contract, Full time<\/p>\n<div>\n<p><span class=\"ptextbold\">We have an opportunity for a project planner who can demonstrate the following:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage a lengthy programme plan with 10 contributing project plans on MS Project server, deadline fixed at 30 months, circa 300 resources and across 10 countries.<\/li>\n<li>Break the work-breakdown-structure down into small enough tasks to ensure accountability of delivery teams is revealed<\/li>\n<li>Liaise and subject-matter expert teams and satellite project teams to ensure the plans align with material realities of delivery<\/li>\n<li>Work with project teams to prepare and update the project plans\/dependencies\/assumptions\/schedules\/resources\/constraints based on scope of work<\/li>\n<li>Analyse the impact of change requests on programme and project plans and their resources, remediate conflicts with stakeholders (especially when change requests impact testing)<\/li>\n<li>Manage the RAG status of level 1,2,3 etc milestones and identify activities that require management focus.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor risks, issues and opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare presentations and visual aids for communicating with stakeholders, such as plans on a page<\/li>\n<li>Share best practice planning approach with stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"ptextbold\">Candidate Specification<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Skills Required<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Expert knowledge of Microsoft Project and Project Server.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to respectfully challenge stakeholders and methodically undertake problem solving<\/li>\n<li>Ability to use initiative to undertake tasks efficiently and independently<\/li>\n<li>Actively participate and contribute in project meetings, to take initiative in driving the project decision-making and direction as a key member of the team<\/li>\n<li>Good written English language ability. Attention to detail and be able to demonstrate accurate technical information and good report writing.
