Change Management Consultant – Insurance

Position Summary:

Transformation programme to deliver a modern way to operate our businesses, with new processes, systems and operating model.

This change consultant role sits under the programme, within the Change Management Team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Articulating the business value of changes in a highly compelling manner
  • Providing advice to senior stakeholders on change management best practices and developing holistic change solutions for workstreams
  • Leading and delivering change activities, such as change impact analysis, communications, training and change resistance management plans
  • Standing up and managing global change networks across teams with varying maturities
  • Leading change management workshops and documenting relevant actions
  • Determining training needs and identifying appropriate ways to deliver effective training

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in change management, training and/ or communications
  • Knowledge of and experience in executing change management activities
  • Excellent communication (written and spoken) and influencing skills
  • Ability to confidently self-manage
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders, across multiple geographies
  • Exposure to insurance or asset management industries preferred
